Return policy
1. Overview
At Lovesecretx, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards.
This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted.
By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
2. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order:
- Before the order is shipped → Full refund available
- Once the order has been shipped → Cancellation is no longer possible
If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to the return process below.
3. Return Eligibility
We accept returns ONLY under the following conditions:
✅ Eligible for Return:
- Item is unused and unopened
- Item is in original packaging
- Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- Product has a manufacturing defect or damage upon arrival
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do NOT accept returns if:
- The product has been opened or used
- Packaging is damaged or missing
- Product shows signs of use
- Return is requested beyond the allowed timeframe
⚠️ Intimate and personal-use items are non-returnable once opened, to protect all customers.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos or video evidence
We will offer:
- Replacement (preferred)
- Or full refund (if replacement unavailable)
5. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and reason
- Wait for return authorization
- Ship the item back as instructed
⚠️ Do NOT return items without contacting us first.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to customer reasons → customer pays return shipping
- If due to our error (defect, wrong item) → we cover the cost
7. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days
- Funds will be returned to the original payment method
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider
8. Warranty Policy
We provide a 365-day limited warranty on all products.
This covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Non-human-caused malfunctions
If your product stops working within the warranty period, we will provide a replacement.
9. Refused or Undelivered Packages
If you refuse delivery or fail to receive your package:
- The order may be returned to us
- Refund will be issued minus shipping costs

- We may request additional verification before approving refunds
